Sunny Optical Maintains Stable Capital Structure and Public Float in August 2026 Monthly Return

Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital was steady at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 10.00 billion. No increases or reductions were recorded.

Issued share metrics were likewise unchanged. Outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 1.08 billion, while treasury shares held by the company stood at 15.84 million. Total issued shares therefore remained at 1.09 billion.

Sunny Optical affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s public-float requirement, maintaining at least the 25% threshold of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in public hands.

The filing also noted that there were no movements in share options, warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance agreements, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts during the month.

The return, dated 2 September 2026, was signed by Company Secretary Ms. Wong Pui Ling, confirming adherence to all applicable listing rules and regulatory obligations.
