AEM Holdings Ltd announced the allotment and issuance of 144,226 new ordinary shares on Sep, 1 2026, following the vesting of awards granted under the AEM Restricted Share Plan 2024.
The new shares are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on Sep, 3 2026, and will rank pari passu with the company’s existing ordinary shares.
Post-issuance, AEM Holdings’ total issued and paid-up share capital rises to 319,691,936 ordinary shares, excluding 2,617,383 treasury shares.
