SATS Ltd. (S58) said on Sep, 02 2026 that it has amended its 3 billion U.S. dollars guaranteed multicurrency debt issuance programme, adding wholly-owned subsidiary SATS Investments (III) Pte. Ltd. as an additional issuer.

Under the updated programme, SATS Investments (III), existing issuer SATS Treasury and indirect unit Worldwide Flight Services can issue notes and perpetual securities, all unconditionally guaranteed by SATS. DBS Bank and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation remain the joint arrangers and dealers.

The net proceeds will be used for refinancing existing borrowings, funding potential acquisitions and investments, and meeting working-capital, capital-expenditure and other general corporate needs.

Moody’s assigned SATS an A3 issuer rating with a Baa3 baseline credit assessment and gave the updated programme a provisional (P)A3 rating; OCBC acted as the sole rating adviser.

Approval in-principle has been obtained from the Singapore Exchange for listing any instruments issued under the programme, though specific series may also be listed elsewhere or remain unlisted.
