TSE SUI LUEN (00417) has announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has been appointed as the company's new auditor for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2027. The appointment was made during the annual general meeting, where Deloitte succeeds Ernst & Young in the role.
The new auditor's tenure will extend until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting, as confirmed in the company's official statement.
