On 9 September 2026, Mobvista executed an on-market repurchase of 613,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending HKD 6.07 million. The transaction was carried out within a price range of HKD 9.83 to HKD 9.94 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 9.90.

Following the buyback, Mobvista’s outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.70425 billion from 1.70487 billion, representing a 0.04% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 5.54 million, equivalent to approximately 0.32% of total issued shares, which remain unchanged at 1.70979 billion.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 12 June 2026, which allows the company to buy back up to 162.16 million shares. To date, 5.54 million shares—about 0.34% of the share capital outstanding at the mandate date—have been acquired under this authority. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Mobvista is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 October 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements and that all necessary authorisations and filings have been completed.
