The new shares were allotted under the existing general mandate at HK$0.09 per share—600.00 million shares to Star Bliss Investment Limited and 173.00 million shares to Regulus Culture Limited—bringing in gross proceeds of approximately HK$69.57 million.
Following the issuance, the company’s total issued share count (excluding treasury shares) rose 20.0% month-on-month to 4.64 billion from 3.87 billion. Authorised capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each, equivalent to authorised share capital of HK$100.00 million.
No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period, and the company confirmed continued compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 25% of issued shares.
The allotment followed shareholder approval on 24 June 2026, and the company affirmed that all regulatory and listing rule obligations tied to the issuance have been met.
