SDHG Shareholders Endorse EPC Agreement with CEEC Anhui at Special Assembly

On September 8, the board of SDHG (00412.HK) announced that at the special general meeting held that day, shareholders formally approved the resolution outlined in the meeting notice through a poll vote.

The resolution sanctions, confirms, and ratifies the EPC contract dated August 10, 2026, entered into between Heze SDHG Clean Energy and CEEC Anhui Electric Power, along with all transactions contemplated under it. It also authorizes the directors to execute the relevant documents and handle related matters.

The voting outcome showed 3,773,545,565 votes in favor, representing 99.973772%, against a mere 990,000 votes, or 0.026228%, with a total voter turnout of 3,774,535,565 shares. As of the meeting date, the company had 6,019,431,109 issued shares, of which 3,700,000 were held in treasury, leaving 6,015,731,109 shares eligible to confer voting rights on their holders. Every director was present at the special meeting.
