Mr. Luo cited increased external business commitments, expressed no disagreement with the Board, and confirmed no issues requiring shareholder attention.

Concurrent with the resignation, the Board has reassigned committee leadership, also effective 9 September 2026: • Remuneration Committee: Mr. Huang Ruilin (INED) appointed chairman. • Audit Committee and Investment & Treasury Committee: Ms. Zhang Cuicui (INED) appointed chairman. • Nomination Committee: Dr. Wang Guiping (INED) appointed chairman.

Post-change, the Board remains at five directors, comprising two executive directors—Mr. Zhang Zhenghua and Ms. Xiang Yuan—and three independent non-executive directors—Dr. Wang Guiping, Mr. Huang Ruilin, and Ms. Zhang Cuicui.
