Nanhua Futures Repurchases 177,000 H Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 3.19 Million

Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. disclosed that it bought back 177,000 H shares on 9 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HKD 6.86 and HKD 7.03, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.97 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 1.23 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.12 % to 152.92 million, while treasury shares increased to 3.19 million. The total issued share count remained unchanged at 156.11 million.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 16 July 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 10.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.19 million shares, equivalent to 2.96 % of the issued share base on the mandate’s approval date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Nanhua Futures is subject to a moratorium on issuing or transferring shares until 9 October 2026.
