Hong Kong stock exchange filings reveal that on September 3, ENN Capital Management Co., Ltd. increased its position in ENN Energy (02688) by acquiring 100,000 shares at a price of HKD 49.5084 per share, totaling approximately HKD 4.95 million.
Following this transaction, the company's latest shareholding count stands at around 396 million shares, representing a 35% stake in the firm.
The transaction also involved several related parties, including ENN Group International Investment Limited, ENN Investment Holdings Company Limited, ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd., ENN Yingchuang Technology Co., Ltd., Langfang City Natural Gas Company Limited, Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited, and Wang Yusuo.
