CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited, as manager of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT), said on Sep, 08 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary CMT MTN Pte. Ltd. has issued 400 million Singapore dollars of 2.646 per cent fixed-rate green notes maturing on Sep, 08 2031.
The notes were issued under the USD7 billion Euro-Medium Term Note Programme first established on Mar, 29 2010 and last updated on Jun, 18 2025. They are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited in its capacity as trustee of CICT, and have been assigned an “A-” rating by S&P Global Ratings.
Interest will be paid semi-annually in arrears. Net proceeds will be used to finance or refinance eligible green projects in line with CICT’s Green Finance Framework.
The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has granted approval-in-principle for the notes to be listed and quoted on the SGX-ST on or about Sep, 09 2026.
The manager also noted that, under the EMTN Programme terms, removal of the manager without appointing a replacement would constitute an event of default that could trigger cross-defaults on approximately 12.727 billion Singapore dollars of outstanding facilities, debt issues and borrowings across the CICT group. No such breach has occurred to date.
