Mobvista Inc. released its monthly return for August 2026, confirming that the authorised share capital remained unchanged at USD 100.00 million, representing 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each.

During the month, the company repurchased 1.79 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 10.48 to HKD 10.78 per share. Based on disclosed transaction prices and volumes, the total consideration for the buy-backs amounts to approximately HKD 18.98 million. All repurchased shares were transferred to treasury stock.

As a result, shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) fell by 1.05 % to 1.708 billion, while the total number of issued shares, including the newly held 1.79 million treasury shares, remained steady at 1.710 billion.

No new shares were issued under the company’s two restricted share unit schemes during the month, and there were no exercises of share options, warrants or convertibles. The board confirmed that all regulatory requirements were met and that Mobvista continues to satisfy the minimum 25 % public-float requirement.

With the latest transactions, Mobvista’s share repurchase programme—authorised by shareholders on 12 June 2026—continues to be implemented without impacting overall authorised capital, while marginally reducing the free-float share count.
