Suzhou Basecare Medical Corporation Limited (Basecare-B) reported no changes in either its authorised/registered or issued share capital for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 September 2026.

At month-end, total issued share capital remained at 273.53 million ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, split as follows: • H shares listed in Hong Kong: 82.71 million • Domestic shares (unlisted): 183.18 million • Unlisted foreign shares: 7.63 million

No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the period, and the company continues to hold zero treasury shares. Basecare reaffirmed that it meets the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement for its H-share class.

The filing also confirms that since 1 January 2026 neither the company nor its subsidiaries have undertaken any repurchase of listed securities. Moreover, there were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other agreements that could dilute the existing share base.

Executive Director Liang Bo signed the submission, underscoring management’s assertion of full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the stability of the company’s capital structure through August 2026.
