On 4 September 2026, MOBI Development Co., Ltd. announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in English and Chinese on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews website and the company’s own site (www.mobi-antenna.com). Registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the online file may request a free printed copy through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by email or post.

Concurrently, the company confirmed formal adoption of the HKEX paperless listing regime under Listing Rule 2.07A, which took effect on 31 December 2023. All future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically.

To ensure timely delivery of publication alerts, shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form directly to the share registrar. Investors who do not supply an email address will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; only “actionable” communications will reach them in hard copy.

Shareholders may still elect to receive printed materials for a one-year period by notifying the registrar via the reply form or email. Unless renewed, that hard-copy request lapses automatically after 12 months.

The board, chaired by Mr Hu Xiang, emphasised that these measures are designed to improve dissemination efficiency, cut paper use and align the company with HKEX’s expanded paperless framework.
