The buyback program is authorized to commence from the date of this announcement and will remain effective until the expiration of the repurchase authorization period.

The company stated that this decision is grounded in strong confidence in its future development prospects and recognition of its long-term value, aiming to safeguard shareholders' interests and bolster investor confidence. The board of directors or its authorized representatives will carry out the repurchase in accordance with the existing share buyback authorization.
