Guoxia Tech (02655) has officially announced a strategic cooperation agreement with Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., effective September 10, 2026, marking a significant step forward in their collaborative efforts across global markets.
Under this agreement, both parties aim to combine Guoxia Tech's capabilities in AI-powered full-scenario energy storage system development, system integration, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), smart energy operations, digital energy asset management, and global renewable energy solutions spanning residential, commercial, industrial, large-scale storage stations, computing centers, and zero-carbon parks, with Siemens' expertise in intelligent infrastructure supply, electrical intelligentization, digitalization, and low-carbon transformation.
The partnership is designed to establish a long-term commercial relationship in China and overseas markets, focusing on electrical intelligentization, digitalization, and low-carbon initiatives. The two companies will deliver complementary products and systems, jointly building intelligent infrastructure and digital low-carbon frameworks, including smart power distribution equipment rated at 35kV and below, Siemens' digital hardware and software products, low-carbon software solutions, and the Siemens Xcelerator platform.
Within this framework, Guoxia Tech will serve as the system product deliverer, while Siemens will act as the supplier. Specific contract terms for each project within the cooperation scope will be negotiated and finalized through separate agreements.
Siemens' responsibilities under the agreement include conducting regular technical exchanges and product alignment with Guoxia Tech, jointly organizing marketing activities such as exhibitions and product roadshows, collaborating on the joint development of integrated power supply and distribution solutions for AI computing centers, and working together to build a carbon reduction ecosystem that leverages digitalization and low-carbon strategies to drive innovation across the zero-carbon industrial chain.
On the other side, Guoxia Tech will share frontier market intelligence with Siemens, including insights on new project trends, industry policies, and emerging business opportunities. Additionally, Guoxia Tech will leverage its extensive resources and influence in the electrical sector to assist in promoting Siemens' related products.
As a system solution provider focused on zero-carbon parks and enterprises in the low-carbon energy efficiency sector, Guoxia Tech will utilize its expertise in market expansion, planning and consulting, investment construction, and operations. Under equivalent commercial terms, Guoxia Tech will prioritize Siemens' products and solutions, aiming to co-create benchmark green, intelligent, and low-carbon industrial parks and enterprises.
