On September 9, Pangang Group Vanadium & Titanium Resources Co., Ltd. announced that its board of directors had approved a proposal to continue utilizing idle raised funds for cash management purposes.

The decision was made during the company's tenth board meeting, where directors reviewed and passed the resolution regarding the ongoing use of temporarily dormant capital from its fundraising initiatives.

Under this plan, the company is authorized to deploy up to RMB 250 million of idle raised funds into cash management products, provided that such activities do not impede the progress of its funded projects or the intended use of the capital.

The funds may be used on a rolling, revolving basis throughout a 12-month period commencing from the date of the board's approval, offering flexibility in managing the company's short-term cash reserves.
