Eversun Holdings Limited announced that it issued 2,125,343 new ordinary shares on Aug, 24 2026 under a scrip dividend scheme approved on Apr, 30 2026. This lifted the company’s outstanding share count to 455,527,383 as of Aug, 31 2026, up from 453,402,040 a month earlier.
The new shares were allotted at HKD 3.934 each, and no treasury shares were created or cancelled during the month. Eversun confirmed it continues to meet the minimum public float requirement under the relevant listing rules.
