Neway Group Holdings Limited has issued a clarification on its 2025 final results, correcting two data points related to credit risk concentration and lease liability financing costs.
The company now states that 81% of total loans receivable—approximately HK$20.60 million—were due from two independent third parties as at 31 December 2025. This compares with 63%, or HK$19.40 million, in 2024. Loans receivable from the five largest borrowers stood at HK$24.30 million at year-end 2025 versus HK$27.40 million a year earlier.
In addition, the weighted-average lessee’s incremental borrowing rate applied in calculating lease liabilities has been adjusted to a range of 2.98%–5.60% per annum, slightly narrower than the previously reported 2.98%–5.88% range for 2024.
All other information in the original 27 March 2026 final results announcement remains unchanged, according to the board chaired by Mr. Suek Ka Lun, Ernie. The clarification was released on 24 April 2026.
