On September 3, SF HOLDING (06936.HK) executed a buyback of 645,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase was completed at a maximum price of HKD 31.30 per share and a minimum price of HKD 30.84 per share, with a total consideration of HKD 20.03 million.
The repurchased shares are designated to be held as treasury stock, with no shares earmarked for cancellation. Following the transaction, the company's issued H-shares (excluding treasury shares) remained unchanged at 456 million, while the number of treasury shares increased from 9.689 million to 10.334 million. The total number of issued shares stayed constant at 466 million.
