China Resources Land Names Zhang Xin Executive Director and Executive Committee Member

Hong Kong – China Resources Land Limited announced the appointment of Zhang Xin as Executive Director and member of the Executive Committee, effective 4 September 2026.

Zhang, aged 45, has been with China Resources Land since June 2011. He was promoted to Vice President in October 2024 and became Chief Strategy Officer in November 2024. His current remit covers strategic planning, investment and operational management, with direct oversight of the Strategic Management Department, Industrial Real Estate Division, Rundi Management Company, Culture & Sports Company, Youtha Leasing Apartment Company and the Senior Housing Division.

The new director holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Harbin Institute of Technology and previously led the Jinan company in the former North China Region, the Strategic Management Department and the Hong Kong subsidiary. He also sits on the boards of several group subsidiaries.

Zhang has signed a three-year letter of appointment; under the Company’s Articles of Association he will stand for re-election at the next annual general meeting and thereafter be subject to rotational retirement. His remuneration comprises a pre-tax basic salary of RMB0.06 million per month, supplemented by a discretionary bonus and performance-linked incentives. He will not receive additional director’s fees.

As at the announcement date, Zhang holds no interests in China Resources Land shares or those of its associated corporations, and reports no relationships with existing directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders. He has not served as a director of any other Hong Kong or overseas listed company in the past three years.

Following this appointment, the Board consists of seven executive directors (Li Xin, Zhang Dawei, Xu Rong, Hao Zhongming, Zhao Wei, Chen Wei and Zhang Xin), three non-executive directors (Huang Ting, Wei Chenglin and Wang Yuhang) and five independent non-executive directors (Zhong Wei, Sun Zhe, Frank Chan Fan, Leong Kwok-kuen, Lincoln and Qin Hong).

The Board extended its formal welcome to Zhang upon his new appointment.
