According to the National Development and Reform Commission, since the domestic refined oil price adjustment on August 28, the renewed escalation of the US-Iran conflict has driven a sustained surge in international crude oil prices, with Middle East oil prices experiencing another abnormal spike. To mitigate the impact of rising global oil prices on the domestic market and ensure economic stability and social welfare, temporary regulatory measures have been implemented on domestic refined oil prices while maintaining the existing pricing mechanism framework.

Based on the current pricing mechanism, as calculated for September 11, domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) prices should have increased by 435 yuan and 420 yuan per ton, respectively. However, after regulatory adjustments, the actual increases are set at 260 yuan and 250 yuan per ton. Following this adjustment, the maximum retail prices for gasoline and diesel across various regions in Yunnan Province are listed below.
